C. Trebes Sasser, jr.
Vice President

Trebes Sasser, Jr. serves as Vice President at Ridgemont Properties, Inc. He oversees new development, redevelopment projects, and new acquisitions. Furthermore, he is actively involved in raising and managing both debt and equity capital.

Previously, Trebes worked for Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance’s CMBS office in Dallas, Texas and BBVA Compass Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. As a second generation family business member, growing up Trebes has worked at every level of the family business, starting at mowing lawns. He received a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and he is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). 

Trebes actively serves the local church body of Crossway Bible Church. Trebes and his wife Michelle have been blessed with four children, Harper, Riley, Trebes III, and Lydia. Outside of family and work his passions include the local church and outdoor activities such as trail running, hunting and fishing.
