Tiffany Korbell, CPM
Director of Commercial Property Management

Tiffany Korbell joined the Ridgemont Properties team in 2023 as the Director of Commercial Property Management bringing with her over a decade of experience in office, retail and industrial asset management. She oversees all aspects pertaining to the management and leasing of the commercial portfolio and is actively involved in redevelopment and acquisitions. 

Previously, Tiffany worked for The Patrinely Group overseeing the corporate headquarters for Affinius Capital, formerly known as USAA Real Estate Co., and CBRE San Antonio. She earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is passionate about mentoring others interested in furthering their education in property management. Currently, Tiffany serves as the Vice President for the San Antonio chapter of IREM and has been actively involved on their Board of Directors since 2017. Tiffany grew up in Seguin, Texas and earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas in Austin but is now proud to call Fair Oaks Ranch her home. 

In addition to IREM, Tiffany is actively involved in serving her community and church. She is a past board member for Providence Place and a current member of "100 Women of the Hill Country". She is passionate about serving others well and committed to servant minded leadership. She and her husband, Brian, have been blessed with two children, Lyla Grace and Jameson. When not in the office Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, the ranch, or anywhere that serves chips and salsa.
